Ole Kristian Nag works with company law, particularly with reorganizations and equity transactions, contract law and tax law.
Nag also has extensive experience with inheritance and succession in businesses and provides assistance with shareholder disputes and insolvency. Nag also has extensive experience with corporate governance and strategic consultancy, including both as a board member and board secretary, and has litigated several cases before the court related to board responsibility.
