Bjarne works broadly within HLTs fields of expertise, with a main focus on litigation/dispute resolution, real estate, construction (public and private), corporate law and labour law.
He is master of laws from UiB (University of Bergen) in 2007 and became Ph.D. of laws in 2014. He started his legal career as a lector and associate professor at UiB before becoming deputy judge and later acting judge in Bergen district court for three years. He joined HLT in February 2018. With his experience as a judge, Kvam strengthens HLTs litigation team.
